6 Week Leadership
Dianne Dismukes and Jeff Raver, John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coaches and Facilitators have over 75 years of combined experience in leading Corporations and Organizations and both currently coach many leaders of successful companies and organizations as well as MBA Students.
The Webinar Series will be conducted in a Virtual Mastermind style.
Who would benefit from this series?
Current and future leaders at every level of an organization who want to prepare for the future. CEO’s, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, Mid-Level Managers of all size organizations both for profit and not for profit.
What is a Virtual Mastermind?
Virtual mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a virtual group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success.
What will you receive?
Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. Through a mastermind group process, first, you create a goal, then a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decisions-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded (loudly!), and the problem is solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
What are you expected to bring if you enroll in the group?
The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect, and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates, and supportive colleagues. This is the essence and value of mastermind groups.
What is the role of Leaders in the future?
To both grow and share leadership styles for the future. Future leaders must have coaches and mentors as well as be coaches and mentors to their staff. It is through the sharing of experiential knowledge that we can grow and prepare others to be future leaders. Today we are losing a large percentage and group of current leaders. They are the Baby Boomers who have grown up learning leadership through experience, (School or Hard Knocks), and mentorship and it is our responsibility to pass the torch on to others and to be prepared to prepare them for the future.
